1. Briefing conversation

In the interview with you, the understanding of the position to be filled is explored. Furthermore, the classification in the organisation, the relevant requirements, as well as the responsibility of the future job holder, are discussed. Also, the qualifications, personality traits and desired professional experience will be determined.

2. Requirements profile

Preparation or provision of a detailed job profile. Subsequent changes to the requirements profile that result in a new search strategy may lead to a new contract design.

3. Candidate presentation

4. Conclusion of the employment contract/probationary period

Within the probationary period, the client and the applicant will be contacted sporadically by us to determine if there are any problems.

The process of inclusion may require counselling, support, or facilitation.

 

Should the employment contract be terminated by the employer or the employee within the probationary period, the 2nd instalment of the fee payment shall be waived.

5. Recognition procedure

The contractor shall support the hired employee in all questions and concerns regarding the recognition of the training acquired abroad with the competent authority of the respective federal state.

 

All candidates are closely monitored by ND Personalvermittlung throughout the entire recognition process:

  • Joint composition and joint consolidation of the required documents and records
  • Application for recognition at the Darmstadt Regional Council
  • Consultation dates after the issuance of the declaratory decision by the Darmstadt Regional Council, which serve to determine the further course of action,

a) Adaptation course

b) Knowledge test

  • Passing on the procedure to the Darmstadt Regional Council

a) Adaptation course

Candidates who complete the adaptation course will complete the theoretical part of the course of approx. 400 hours via online teaching at a state-recognised nursing school. The practical part of the course can thus be taken up directly after entry into the respective institutions. Depending on the needs of the candidates, supplementary teaching takes place; this is provided by ND Personalvermittlungor taken over by the practice supervisors of the institution. The colloquium at the end of the internship is also completed at the state-recognised nursing school; after successful completion, the candidates receive the certificate as nursing specialists.

 

The German B2 course is required for this.
